Product Order Form

All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped. We accept, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. If you wish to pay by Certified cheque or money order, please send to our head office: 3737 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3K 2A8. Your order will be shipped when payment has been received. All orders are very discretely packaged. Shipping includes insurance for your protection.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EXPRESS POST, UNLESS WE ARE ADVISED DIFFERENTLY.

When you place your order, head office will email you back to confirm availability of the product(s) ordered, confirm total amount owing including taxes (if applicable), and confirm your desired shipping method. We will notify you when your order has been shipped once payment is processed. Your credit card will be deleted from our records once your order is shipped.

Winnipeg Customers

OPTION 1
- You can phone a courier for delivery at your convenience.
OPTION 2
- We will mail your order out insured by Express Post
- Invoice value under $199.95 - $15.00 charge
- Invoice value over $200.00 - $25.00 charge
OPTION 3
- If you wish to pick up your order at one of ourstores, when you submit/email your order, please advise what location you wish to pick up your order at. We will confirm availability at the store of your choice. You must pick up your order within 24 hours of confirmation.

Canadian Customers (not including Winnipeg)

OPTION 1
We will mail your order Express Post charging you for postage, insurance and handling.
Invoice value under $199.95 - $25.00 charge
Invoice value over $200.00 - $40.00 charge
OPTION 2
We will ship via Grey Goose/Greyhound. Your parcel will be shipped out on the next available bus.
No shipping charges will be payable to Love Nest. You will pay for Insurance, Courier and Bus Pac charges when you pick up your parcel.

US Customers

Your parcel will be shipped to you insured by Express Post. We will charge you for postage, handling and insurance. The rates are:
- for parcels under 1 KG - $25.00
- for parcels over 1 KG - $40.00
